What made this hard.
Deployed contracts are public and effectively permanent, so an error is financial rather than embarrassing.
Distribution logic had to be verifiable by participants who had no reason to trust the issuer.
Launch traffic is spiky and adversarial — bots arrive before people do.
How we built it.
Contracts developed with unit, fork and invariant testing, and gas profiled as a first-class concern.
Independent third-party audit before mainnet deployment, with findings remediated and retested.
Front end designed for verifiability, so participants can check on-chain state rather than trusting the interface.
