One team, not a chain of handoffs.
Most firms our size specialise narrowly and subcontract the rest, which is why so many projects arrive with seams where one vendor handed to another. We run fifteen disciplines under one roof precisely so those seams do not exist: the people who model your data are the people who secure it and ship it.
That breadth is deliberate rather than opportunistic. An AI system needs data engineering, cloud infrastructure and a security review before it is safe to deploy. A mobile app needs a backend, a release pipeline and store strategy. Selling those as separate engagements from separate suppliers is how projects acquire the gaps nobody owns.
We work with individuals, startups, enterprises and government organisations. The engineering standard does not change between them; the process weight does.
Credentials, not headshots.
Around fifty engineers, designers and researchers. The team includes students, graduates and scientists from renowned institutions — among them the IITs and ISRO collaborators — engaged for research, development and consultation across the disciplines we deliver.
We do not publish individual names, photographs or job titles. Much of our work is under NDA, and a meaningful share is for government and regulated clients where staff visibility is itself a consideration. You will meet the specific people on your engagement directly, and you interview and approve anyone joining your team.
We think this is the honest arrangement. A wall of headshots tells you nothing about who will actually do your work; meeting them does.
How we work with you
- NDA by default on every engagement
- You interview and approve every embedded engineer
- Direct access to the people building, not an account manager
- Defined daily overlap with your working hours
- Documentation and handover as deliverables, not extras
Four things we will not trade away.
Say the inconvenient thing
If blockchain is wrong for your problem, if the AI project should not start until the data is fixed, or if you do not need us at all, we say so. A short engagement that ends well is worth more than a long one that ends badly.
Security is a stage, not a sign-off
Threat modelling, dependency auditing and penetration testing are part of delivery, not a gate someone clears the week before launch. It is the only way it survives a real assessment.
Leave no lock-in
Source code, documentation, runbooks and infrastructure definitions transfer to you. The test we hold ourselves to is whether another competent team could take over without us.
Measure, then claim
Performance budgets, accessibility standards and availability targets are numbers we verify rather than adjectives we use. If we have not measured it, we do not assert it.
