How is this different from outsourcing a project?
In project outsourcing the vendor owns delivery and works to a fixed specification. In staff augmentation you own delivery and direct the work day to day. Augmentation suits evolving priorities and keeps knowledge inside your organisation.
Can we interview the engineers?
Yes, and you should. Every proposed engineer is available for technical interview, and you make the final decision on each one. Nobody joins your team without your approval.
What about time zone overlap?
Engagements are set up with a defined daily overlap against your working hours, agreed at the start. Teams working with US, UK, European and Gulf clients adjust their schedule to make that overlap real rather than nominal.
What is the minimum engagement?
Engagements typically run three months or longer, because shorter periods are consumed by onboarding before productivity is reached. Shorter specialist engagements — an architecture review or a security assessment — are handled as defined pieces of work instead.
How is confidentiality handled?
Every engagement operates under NDA. Engineers work in your systems under your access controls, and for regulated or public sector clients we support additional background and clearance requirements as required by the contract.
